| About gravity separation for manganese oxide, the raw manganese ore is crushed by rough jaw crusher and fine crusher to liberate the manganese granules from its gangue. Then a vibrating screen is used to separate the crushed ore to be 0-8mm, 8-30mm and +30mm. The +30mm ore will go back to crusher for crushing while the 0-8mm ores will go for LTA1010/2 jigger or 2LTC6109/8T jigger, 8-30mm ores go for jigger of AM30 for jigging separation to gain manganese concentrate of 0-8mm and 8-30mm. |
