The metallurgy flourite is usually got by hand separation and gravity separation from raw flourite ore. Here Gongyi Forui Machinery Factory has been in ore beneficiation for over 25 years and will introduce some kind of new type gravity separator.
Hand separation of coarse flourite is done through a conveyor belt. The crushed flourite ore has been paved on the convey belt, and the workers selector the flourite blocks according the different color of flourite from other impurities. And during this hand selection, the flourite needs washing according to the clay or mud content.
Gravity separation of flourite ore can deal with flourite of 0-50mm. Gravity separation works on basis of density difference between flourite and impurities to get big-density flourite and small-density tailing. screening is usually involved before jigging gravity separation to get best beneficiation efficiency. The raw crushed ore of 0-50mm shall be divided into three size ranges of 0-10mm, 10-30mm, and 30-50mm for different jig separator to separate.
Here the rough separators to get metallurgy flourite cover hand separation belt, and jigging machine,etc. For jiggers, there is AM30 jig separator, 2LTC6109/8T trapezoidal mineral separator, 2LTC912/4 jig concentrator for flourite rough separation.
